Allows the selection of contingents for the use of the farm by employees. Whether as an incentive, employee retention and / or to work. 10% discount on all food and drinks.
Also possible: co-working for your employees with up to 7 days / week 24h access. High-speed Wifi, catering by the restaurant in the morning, at noon, in the evening and in between possible as well as overnight stays can be booked optionally.

Tax-free benefit in kind for employees
For healthy and loyal employees or simply as an incentive. We combine city AND country - recreation, family and work. This is possible within the framework of the tax-free benefits in kind in the amount of 50 € per employee / month, which is valid since 2022.

How much does an overnight stay cost?
NOTHING ;-) Our CAMPER and NOMAD memberships include an individual number of nights per year. All additional nights can be booked at a special rate. PURE (i.e. exclusively Co-Working members) can book standard rooms from 89 EUR and garden apartments from 195 EUR directly with the hotel.
Our garden apartments are comfortable for up to 4 people.
How long does a membership last?
Corporate memberships are available as quarterly or annual memberships. There is also a trial month. We also offer storage space and the possibility of using our address (company headquarters/branch office). We also offer regular events and discounts to our members.

How many employees can share a membership?
That depends entirely on your company membership. The more employees use it, the cheaper the membership per employee becomes.
What is the sleeping comfort like at JUNE?
Our Garden Apartments are a novelty: As the first hospitality facility, these rooms are equipped with high-quality BIRKENSTOCK beds. The standard rooms are equipped with comfortable double beds.
What is the best way to get to JUNE?
From Berlin best and fastest with the RegioExpress. in about 45 min from the main station (drives from the north (Spandau/Gesundbrunnen) via main station, Potsdamer Platz Südkreuz etc) and for 1 EUR surcharge can be booked in advance a call bus individually. By car it can take 50 min to 1.15h depending on traffic from Berlin.

What about sports?
Our Project JUNE is located directly on Europe's largest skate and bike trail, the Fläming-Skate. For around 230 kilometers, the Flaeming-Skate runs through forests, meadows and fields, far away from disturbing road traffic. The two to three meter wide track of finest asphalt leads past idyllic villages and towns in the Niedere Fläming and Baruther Urstromtal. There is also a boarding stable for passionate riders, walks and the opportunity to jog through the 10,000 hectare nature reserve.
How are the garden apartments furnished?
The extremely comfortable sofa, which can be used as a full bed, is made by Bolia, and the wooden furniture (chairs and table) by HAY. The other carpentry work is made by a local carpenter company Raummodul GmbH of the Roßius brothers.

Can I also hold events at your place?
OF COURSE! We have excellent meeting and event facilities. From a HIgh-Tech conference room incl. video conferencing equipment to the fireplace room, the library and the large barn which can cater for 150 people very well and even has its own bar.
Garden Apartments - what does it mean?
You will have a sleeping and separate living area - separate toilet and shower and a refrigerator. In addition, each room has a Nespresso Zenius machine for tea and coffee specialties, which are included in the room rate. Daily maid service, towels and cleaning service are of course included.
What about the catering?
Our partner for gastronomy, Daniel Glinga-Gutwald, comes from the region himself. He has worked in international kitchens and for top chefs in event catering before setting up his own business a few years ago. Regionality and sustainability are just as important to him as taste. Because, as he says, "if it doesn't taste good, it doesn't exist." With his GUTWALD Grill, he won the marketing award in 2020. Daniel offers something for every taste, from vegan barbecue courses to his own spice blends.

Is it possible to stay overnight with the camper / caravan?
This is also possible! We have a beautiful parking lot at the green facility where you can stay overnight with your camper / caravan.
Impressions from Project JUNE.
The project started in June 2022 - In the future, in addition to co-working, gastronomic offer and co-living possibilities, sports offers, mobility offers as well as wellness will be created in JUNE - we are developing these together with our supporters.
STAYING OVERNIGHT: We have developed in the first phase garden apartments usable for 2-5 people - sun almost all day with a small piece of greenery in our courtyard and a view of our pond. In this old stable building with canopy ceilings we are creating a place for retreat, well-being, relaxation or simply spending time with friends and family. In the main building of the hotel there are currently 15 double bed rooms, which we will prepare in the next phase in the new design / look&feel. The prices of the different rooms range from 80-105 EUR per night, depending on the form of membership - For hotel guests from 89 EUR to 195 EUR. Our goal is to develop the place and the offer together with you. The hospitality offer is managed by Andrea and Johanna. They are responsible for your well-being.
